Designing Urban Spaces: Engaging Local Designers in the Modesto Downtown Master Plan
Good urban design can be the difference between a nice, tree-shaded stroll with a group of friends enjoying conversation or an inhospitable, single-file walk down a hot, narrow sidewalk shouting to your friends over loud traffic. Urban design can also make the difference between having or not having accessibility and equity in our community
In this MADWEEK “Crash Course,” learn about key principles that apply to the creation and management of positive urban spaces and the ways they influence human exchange.
