EE’s bring all A-frame barricades upstairs to following locations:

Alleyway by Chartreuse Muse (2 frames and 3 cones)

County parking lot (2 frames and 3 cones)

3:00 CLOSE STREETS

·              All hands on deck: BARRICADES DROP NOW

3:10 GAMES UP

·              EE’s drop games and game mats by Greens parklet, not in the street so cars can still drive through

3:30 RUN THE WHEELBARROWS! ALL SUPPLIES TO THE STREET! (Steph and Liz will direct)

·              Sara: help clear 10th St of cars by going into businesses, asking employees to tell customers if they’re parked outside, they’re going to be towed. At 4pm, call MPD to give them license plates for towing.

·              EE’s: drop three pop-up tents at following locations:

o     DoMo Booth (# 56 near Century, on south side of crosswalk)

o     Planter/brick area in front of Subway (salsa music DJ/Randy)

o     Parklet/brick area near I Street Parking Lot, last one before you get to I Street (breakdance/Joe)

·              EE’s: bring all black plastic A-frames to both sides of J and 10th Street, ½ on each side

·              EE’s: bring up all bistro tables (blue and black) to DoMo Booth space

·              EE: bring up black pole stanchions to DoMo Booth Space

·              EE: Bring up all white plastic folding tables to DoMo Booth Space

·              Liz: From upstairs office, bring down two chalkboard no-beer signs, plastic tubs, charged lanterns, etc. to DoMo Booth space

4:00 LOAD-IN BEGINS

·              Josh/Liz and one EE: pop open three tents (see sub-bullets in section above for locations) and prep food tent with net

·              Sara: open folding tables at DoMo Booth and cover with tablecloths, hide merch underneath

·              Steph and Liz: have vendor maps and get stationed at load-in locations at 10th and K and 10th J Streets, guide vendors to their locations verbally, welcome them, ask them to drop their goods and move cars off 10th ASAP. If they have any questions, they can go to the vendor instruction page that we emailed to them or we will come around later to help, but everyone needs to kindly keep moving. Mark off vendors as they’ve arrived.

4:15  ELECTRICITY

·              Paul Q: Unlock electric boxes at following planters:

o     Planter in front of Subway

o     Next two planters in front of Rancho Fresco

o     Last planter by parking lot on 10th, corner of 10th and I

·              Sara: monitor barricades at 10th and I Streets. Let vendors drive out but no vehicles in. Vendors on that block must check in at 10th and J Street, drive facing south only.

·              EE’s: bring cardboard roll with street banners down from office and bring to 10th and J Street Ralston’s Goat side, place on corner by stack of black A-frames

·              EE’s: Bring two large trash cans to DoMo Booth for customers

·              EE’s: continue normal duties; stay tuned to Liz for instructions

5:00  DoMo Booth

·              Josh and Sara set up DoMo Booth, Beer Booth

o     set up two tables in beer booth

o     one table in DoMo booth

o     arrange tshirts and blankets

o     put out beer signage in front of beer booth

o     lanterns

o     Bridgette bringing beer

5:30  ASSESS MARKET SETUP

·              EE’s: Set up games in area in 10th Street Plaza as close to the street as possible, south side

·              Steph and Liz walk the market, see if anyone’s missing, tell vendors to get their cars off the road. go go go!

5:50  FINAL STAGING

·              Josh, Sara, and EE’s to the DoMo Booth:

o     Stage bistro tables and chairs between DoMo/Beer Booth and booths across street

o     leave walkway for strollers, wheelchairs

·              Steph to DoMo Booth, helps with stanchion framing

·              Josh grabs cash box and credit card reader from office, brings to DoMo Booth, shows everyone how to use

6:00  MARKET BEGINS!

·              Liz and Stephanie roll out street banners over black stanchions

·              Steph and Liz to DoMo Booth, learn the ropes so we can break each other

·              Liz and Stephanie walk market, check on everything, training

9:20  LOAD-OUT WARNING

·              Liz and Stephanie walk to every vendor, tell them load out is vehicles all moving in same direction, same as load-in

9:50  GET READY, GET SET…

·              Liz and Steph roll up street banners, pull black A-frames aside, stack

·              EE’s to DoMo Booth, get ready to pull stanchions and bistro tables off road

10:00   ALL HANDS ON DECK!

·              One EE starts breaking down and packing games into bags

·              Two EE’s break down DoMo Booth, pull all bistro tables/chairs to side behind DoMo Booth

·              Josh, Sara, Steph pack up DoMo Booth
