Vendor Agreement

Vendors may not share spaces with other vendors unless previously discussed and coordinated with DoMo Partnership. Please keep your spaces clean and orderly. This is an evening event. Good lighting is required and must be rechargeable or battery-powered. No gasoline lanterns allowed without permit from Modesto Fire Department.

ATMOSPHERE:

DoMo First Friday takes place in conjunction with Music in the Plaza, a live music event. There will be live music as well as djs, dancing and general festivities and bustle.

SETTING UP/TEARING DOWN:

Load-in and set-up starts at 4:30. Your set-up must be complete and ready by the start of the event at 6pm. No break-down may occur before the event concludes at 10pm.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Vendors and performers agree to allow photography and video of their work taken by DoMo partnership for promotional purposes.

LICENSING:

You may purchase coverage in lieu of a business license through DoMo Partnership for $10. In order to waive this charge, you must possess and provide your own City of Modesto business license.

CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds will not be issued once your reservation has been confirmed one week prior to event except in the case cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. DoMo First Friday is a rain-or-shine event.
